These buckles were produced for the John Deere Waterloo employees who attended the powershift training meeting at the Waterloo facility.  The training was put on by the Kansas City Branch of John Deere.  The purpose was to update field personnel on technical aspects of of how the new 19 speed powershift transmission worked.  Every dealership in Iowa was invited to send two people.  All who attended received the buckle. ONLY 225 buckles were produced for this meeting.
Buckle has not been worn but does show some aging of the plating.
