Tall graceful hand-painted French faience vase in Gien's centuries-old Pivoines pattern. Colorful peonies cover this extraordinary piece. Beautiful sapphire blue scrolling top and bottom bands and ochre top rim. Marked "Gien France" with the company castle mark used from 1960 through 1971. Mint vintage condition.
