Guatamalen Huipil/Cute Embroidered Birds,Chickens/Indigo, Pink

Wonderful, vintage Guatemalan huipil, showing rows of cute, pink  birds that look like
chickens, embroidered on indigo blue fabric,
with thin pink woven stripes at the bottom. 34” W x 25” folded (50” total length); Neck: 11” on either side of the “V” so there is plenty of “head room”.
Huipil is clean and in excellent condition, with no major damage, although loose ends  of the embroidery thread can be seen at the sides and neck (these can easily be pulled back in). The sides are open, so pieces should fit anyone, and can be worn as a poncho.
A beautiful piece of ethnic clothing to collect, display, and wear!
