For Sale is a beautiful limited edition pewter belt buckle commemorating the 150th (1837 to 1987) anniversary of John Deere demonstrating his self-scouring plow to men of the community. The buckle is limited edition and numbered 8725 on a plaque on the back along with a plaque giving the history of the event and a plaque stating Copyright 1987 Deere & Co Moline, Illinois. The 3-D intricate work on the buckle tells the graphic story of the American farmer. The piece was purchased at the John Deere store in 1987 and is in the original box. It measures 2 1/2" X 3". This is the original selling price of the piece with a Deere sticker on the box.
