Buckle commemorates the 300,000 John Deere compact utility tractor completed at the facility in Augusta, GA.  The count includes all models assembled at the C & CE's Horicon facilities in Wisconsin.  The 300,000th tractor  off the production line was the model 4400 hydrostatic.  The buckle features the old & new compact utility tractor on the front.
These buckles were distributed to all John Deere commercial product employees the day of the celebration.  The buckle was never for sale and are not available to the public.
