    Description

O (Oliver) M Franklin in Wichita, Kansas developed the first successful blackleg vaccine in 1916 and he and associates in a short time began the Blackleg Serum Company. In 1927 the company name was changed to O M Franklin Blackleg Serum Co., in 1937 it was changed to O M Franklin Serum Co., and in 1963 it was sold to American Home Products which changed to Wyeth.  You have here an original O M Franklin Serum Co. 40cc syringe that has seem action.  Great collectible or actually fine to use.  (An extra O ring was with the syringe--not sure the extra fits.)  Shipping and Handling applies to lower 48 (Plus nominal fee for ASK, HI, and US Territories).  Thanks for looking.
