Good morning, today we have another great ADVERTISING BELT BUCKLE up for sale.
We purchased a box of belt buckles at an estate sale of what appeared to be a belt buckle collector.
This is a 1980 - JOHN DEERE 8440 4WD TRACTOR - Belt Buckle.
The buckle was MADE IN USA and is MADE OF CAST PEWTER, and measures 3 1/2 inches by 2 1/4 of an inch. It comes with a belt loop and a hook.
It appears to have been never used, and has an aged patina that can not be reproduced. It may have some marks from storage.
The buckle is rather heavy and weighs 2.5 oz.
The back is marked 1980 DEERE & COMPANY
This type of buckle rarely appears on Ebay and is considered a hard find. Do not hesitate about buying this item, you may never find another one.
