Was a major supplier of Military vehicle tools during the WWII era, as the Duro Chrome version.
I believe this wrench (G1027C) was a part of the original Willys MB Ford GPW military Jeep tool kits, as the # 27C /
41-W-1005-5 wrench, and may have been used also for other military vehicles, as the CCKW and DUKW.
I believe this wrench # G1027C is the Gov. stock number 41-W-1005-5, or 27C and the same as the Willys number A-598, and the Ford GP-17045.
The wrench is stamped on one end
G1027C, the other end has DURO-CHROME FORGED IN
USA
(which is the logo trade mark for the Duro metal Products Company.

The wrench is approx. 7 1/8" long.
The Wrench is in good condition
, and has been cleaned and rub coated with semi-gloss black paint for protection. As with the vintage of the wrench, there is some discoloration, as noted from the photos.
